Berry Pancake Ingredients

- 1 Bananas – Mashed
- 2 Eggs – Medium
- Berries 1 tablespoon each blueberry, strawberry and raspberry
- OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp flour – any kind
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

How to Make Three Ingredient Pancakes
To make three ingredients banana mixed berry pancakes you will need to:
Mash banana and add to a bowl
Add eggs and berries and any other optional ingredients and mix together.
Heat a fry pan on medium heat
Add butter, scoop 1/4 cup of batter to pan. Flip after 2-3 minutes.
Cool for a couple minutes and enjoy with some butter and syrup. My daughter enjoys these berry pancakes on their own.

- 1 tbsp flour – any kind oat, gluten free, all purpose, brown
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
FOR COOKING
- 1 tbsp butter or coconut oil
