INGREDIENTS for Mozzarella Turkey Fingers
1 Pound Turkey
1/3 Cup Dry Bread Crumbs
3/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
Dash Fresh Grown Pepper
12 1/4 Inch Mozzarella slices (1oz)
How To Make Mozzarella Stuffed Turkey Fingers
Preheat oven to 450F
Prepare a baking sheet with parchment, silicon mat, or oil and set aside

Step 1
In a large bowl beat egg. To the egg add turkey, bread crumbs, salt, garlic powder and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Step 2
Form meat mixture into 12 fingers, make an indentation across the middle.
Step 3
Push mozzarella slices into indentation and re-form the meat into a finger so the cheese is completely enclosed.


Step 4
Place Mozzarella Turkey Fingers on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 min or until and thermometer registers 165F
Cool on a wire rack.
